chancel pillar on which is carved a stone memorial with the
Leicestershire Regiment’s tiger was dedicated to Lt. Hannah.
I.C. Hannah’s book, The Sussex Coast (1912) is dedicated - 'to A Sussex Worthy who
rests in a distant land; MY BROTHER who fell fighting that Sussex
and South Africa might share a flag; this work is dedicated with
affection and with reverence.'
