Memorial at Alnwick Castle, Northumberland - "In proud memory of the gallantry of Lieutenant L.S. Adams-Acton MC, The Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, seconded Special Air Service 1951. Missing, presumed killed after his escape from POW Camp in North Korea 1953."
In memory of Lt. Leo Samuel Adams-Acton, MC attached to the American Special Forces. He was executed by Communist Troops while trying to escape as a Prisoner of War."
